Hammered Gold Brass Ethnic Tribal Necklace with African Carved Bone Bird

This handcrafted necklace features a hand-carved African bone bird framed against a hammered brass base accented with a large, African batik bead. Bold & striking, it'll make a great gift for a bird lover or someone that loves unique one-of-a-kind jewelry! It comes on an 18” antiqued brass chain with sturdy hook & eye closure.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant measures 3-3/8" in length (from top of wire bail to bottom of metal) and 1-7/8" at widest point. It was created out of solid brass sheet; hand hammered for texture; then oxidized for an earthy, antiqued finish. All metal edges were hand filed until ultra-smooth to ensure a comfortable wear against the skin. The metal was sealed with jeweler's wax to resist tarnishing. It is signed on the back with my initials.
